Raised Funds for Cancer Research

Peachtree City’s Uniglobe Accent Travel raised $766, for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation, with their second annual "Dessert Tasting."

The event was held October 7th at the agency’s offices on Westpark Court. Surrounding businesses, clients, friends and family members all turned out to support the fundraiser.

Held in conjunction with the nationally organized Lee Jeans "Denim Day", the dessert tasting was a fun way to dress casually and enjoy a few extra calories while supporting a great cause. The agency employees are keenly aware of the consequences of breast cancer, since they lost one of their fellow agents to the disease.

They will continue to support research and do all they can to increase the awareness of breast cancer. Uniglobe thanks all that supported the "Dessert Tasting" with their presence and their donations.
